Algeria’s national meteorological authority has issued a Level 1 yellow weather alert for several southern wilayas, warning of strong winds and the formation of sandstorms this Saturday.
According to exclusive information obtained by dzwatch, the alert covers the wilayas of In Guezzam, Tamanrasset, In Salah, and Adrar, where residents are urged to exercise caution and take necessary precautions.
Authorities advise citizens in the affected regions to limit unnecessary outdoor activities and secure any loose objects that could be displaced by the strong gusts.
