Interior Minister Saïd Saioud on Thursday chaired a high-level video conference coordination meeting at the Government Palace, bringing together provincial governors across the republic, in the presence of Civil Protection Director General Colonel Boualem Boughlaf.
The session, exclusively confirmed to dzwatch, focused on finalizing logistical preparations ahead of the highly anticipated legislative elections scheduled for July 2.
Minister Saioud stressed the critical importance of maintaining full control over all logistical arrangements, ensuring that every necessary resource and capability is fully mobilized, while reinforcing coordination between local authorities and central government services to guarantee a smooth and transparent electoral process.
