President Tebboune Delivers Exclusive Statements in Major Press Briefing Tonight

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune will address national media representatives tonight starting at 9 PM in a wide-ranging press briefing broadcast live across television and radio channels.

In key statements exclusively shared with dzwatch, the President confirmed that the Pope sent no special messages to him, as he is fully and precisely aware of everything happening in Algeria.

Tebboune firmly dismissed the myth perpetuated by the former colonial power that it created Algeria, stressing before the full assembly that Algeria is deeply rooted in history since Saint Augustine and before.

The President emphasized that women must storm the political arena — not simply because they are women, but because they possess ideas and vision.

He announced the dismantling of invoice inflation networks, confirming Algeria has moved on from gangs engaged in over-invoicing and has since confronted under-invoicing networks.

Tebboune stressed that the administration has been firmly blocked from interfering in the core of the electoral process, adding: “We speak from the heart because we love Mali.”

On energy, the President stated that the UAE’s withdrawal from OPEC and OPEC+ simply did not happen, reaffirming that Saudi Arabia remains OPEC’s indispensable cornerstone.
