Zone 2 also holds two seats, encompassing Lille, Strasbourg, Metz, Nancy, Reims, Grenoble, and Brest, with submissions handled through the General Consulate in Lille.

Zone 3 covers two seats representing Lyon, Saint-Étienne, Marseille, Nice, Montpellier, Toulouse, and Bordeaux, with candidacies filed at the Marseille consulate.

Zone 4, covering the Arab Maghreb and remaining African nations, is allocated a single seat.
