Algerian energy company Naftal has officially launched a new digital platform dedicated to registering purchase requests for Continental brand tires for light vehicles, accessible at https://e-mahata.naftal.dz.
The platform enables customers to register tire orders exclusively at Naftal’s tire centers and browse prices with ease, while sales through directly managed Naftal service stations remain available.
Naftal told dzwatch that customers must follow these procedures:
- Present the order readiness receipt and vehicle registration card (gray card) upon collecting tires at the designated center.
- Payment is accepted exclusively via CIB bank card or Gold card.
- Reservations are automatically cancelled if not collected within 3 days of the receipt notification.
This initiative reflects Naftal’s commitment to transparency, modernized services, and ensuring organized, secure tire distribution directly to eligible customers.
