Leading telecommunications operator Ooredoo Algeria, in collaboration with the National Foundation for Health Promotion and Research Development (FOREM), has launched a heartwarming solidarity initiative to support underprivileged families and orphans during the Eid al-Adha celebrations.
Under this joint humanitarian campaign, Ooredoo provided significant financial contributions to acquire Eid sacrifices for disadvantaged households and orphaned children housed at the Mohamed Hadjadj Psycho-Social Care Center in Bentalha, located in the Algiers province.
To mark the occasion, a delegation from Ooredoo, led by Ramdane Djaza”iri, Director of Corporate Affairs, Media Relations, and CSR, visited the center. Alongside FOREM representatives and the resident children, they participated in the traditional preparations and shared a communal festive meal in an atmosphere filled with solidarity, joy, and community spirit.
Beyond the center, several vulnerable families in the surrounding region benefited from the initiative, enabling them to celebrate the sacred holiday in dignity and comfort. Ooredoo reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, pledging to continue prioritizing humanitarian programs that support Algeria”s most vulnerable social groups.
