In a press release issued on Monday, the ministry detailed updated opening times for examination centers, a key adjustment designed to facilitate better management. These new protocols are part of comprehensive preparations to guarantee optimal examination conditions and boost organizational efficiency at various testing sites.
Examination centers will now open their doors to candidates at 7:15 AM, fifteen minutes earlier than the traditional time, with access permitted until 8:00 AM. For afternoon sessions, centers will open at 1:45 PM instead of 2:00 PM, allowing entry until 2:30 PM. The ministry emphasized that these schedule adjustments pertain solely to center opening times, with the official examination timetable remaining unchanged.
Furthermore, educational authorities reiterated the mandatory requirement for candidates to surrender mobile phones and any electronic devices capable of communication, information storage, or retrieval to the reception staff upon arrival. This strict measure is in place to prevent regulatory violations and shield candidates from penalties associated with the unauthorized introduction or use of electronic equipment within examination premises.
The Ministry of National Education also urged all candidates to demonstrate discipline and adhere strictly to the organizational measures implemented. Candidates are encouraged to comply with all regulations within the centers to foster an environment of serenity, transparency, and equal opportunity. Through these arrangements, the ministry seeks to establish all necessary conditions for the successful execution of this significant national event, providing candidates with a conducive atmosphere to undertake their exams under the best possible circumstances.
