Algeria Unveils First National Digital Apostille Platform to Enhance Administrative Services

Algeria has launched its first national digital apostille platform, a significant stride in modernizing administrative services and embracing digital governance. The initiative, spearheaded by the High Commission for Digitalization, aims to streamline the process of legalizing documents for international use.

The platform was developed by experts within the High Commission for Digitalization in collaboration with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, overseeing the Algerian community abroad. A training workshop was conducted for approximately 200 stakeholders involved in the operation of the digital apostille system, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of the new technology.

This development underscores Algeria's commitment to enhancing efficiency and accessibility in public services, leveraging digital solutions to simplify bureaucratic procedures for citizens and businesses alike. The national digital apostille platform is expected to significantly reduce processing times and enhance the security and authenticity of legalized documents.
