The affected provinces include Tlemcen, Ain Temouchent, Oran, Mostaganem, Sidi Bel Abbès, Mascara, Relizane, Naâma, El Bayadh, Tiaret, Saïda, Tissemsilt, Laghouat, Djelfa, M'Sila, Ouled Djellal, Oum El Bouaghi, Souk Ahras, Tébessa, Khenchela, and Tamanrasset.
A separate warning indicates strong winds and intense sandstorms will impact the provinces of Béchar, Beni Abbès, and Tindouf starting from midday today until 7:00 PM. Authorities are urging caution in these areas due to the expected adverse weather conditions.
