According to the text, this law aims to regulate the various activities related to the cinematography industry.

It also outlines several measures to support the cinematography industry by encouraging and promoting investment and partnerships in the sector. For instance, investors in this field can benefit from state and local government properties to build cinematic cities and cinema complexes.

On the professional front, for the first time, a legal framework has been established for cinema professionals, who will now be subject to a specific statutory law.

The law also establishes a mediation and ethics body for cinematography activities. This body will be responsible for preparing a code of ethics for the cinematography industry, ensuring adherence to it, and mediating disputes among industry professionals arising from their activities.

Additionally, the law includes provisions for promoting and developing the skills of cinema professionals through training, specialized training, continuous education, and skill enhancement in various cinematic fields. Private sector institutions will contribute to improving their technical and artistic qualifications by encouraging the creation of private training institutions for cinema professions and promoting partnerships with foreign institutions.
