Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune congratulated the national women’s football team on Saturday following their historic qualification for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil and their advancement to the semifinals of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
In a message posted on his official social media account, President Tebboune praised the players for achieving a major milestone in the history of Algerian women’s football.
