The Algerian national football team is set to begin its 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) qualifying campaign on Friday, September 25, 2026. The Fennecs will host Zambia in their opening Group 9 fixture at the new Hussein Aït Ahmed Stadium in Tizi Ouzou.
