The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, was received by Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki, who conveyed his greetings and appreciation to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Eritrean President expressed his eagerness to work with President Tebboune to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and enhance regular communication and coordination on issues of mutual interest regionally and continentally.
The statement also noted that Minister Attaf met with Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso, Minister of International Cooperation and Public-Private Partnership Development of the Republic of Congo.
During the meeting, both sides praised the excellent level of Algerian-Congolese relations and emphasized the commitment of the leaders of both countries to elevate their cooperation to the highest possible levels.
