Minister of National Education, Abdelhakim Belabed, chaired a national conference from the ministry’s headquarters in El Mouradia via video conference. The session focused on providing instructions and guidance on various operations related to the 2024 Baccalaureate exam and end-of-year school activities.
According to the ministry’s statement on Thursday, the minister emphasized the need for increased caution, vigilance, and ensuring excellent organization. He stressed that all conditions must be met for candidates to take the 2024 Baccalaureate exam comfortably.
In another context, Belabed stressed the importance of completing all end-of-year school operations efficiently and provided specific instructions to handle all tasks within their deadlines. He praised the efforts of everyone involved in organizing the 2024 Intermediate School Certificate exam, noting it was conducted smoothly according to all accounts.
Additionally, Belabed emphasized the need to prepare for compensatory evaluations for the primary education phase, which will take place on June 23 and 24. All students should receive their certificates and evaluation booklets by the scheduled date of June 27, 2024.
The minister also highlighted the importance of wide dissemination of information to students concerning remedial tests at all three educational levels, ensuring they are aware of the test dates and the specific organizational arrangements.
Regarding registration for the first year of primary education, the minister noted that parents should print the confirmation receipt for their registration requests starting from June 6, 2024, through their accounts in the National Education Ministry’s information system, and follow the provided instructions.
Belabed further stressed the need to monitor and implement employee transfer operations within the announced deadlines. Concerning professional exams scheduled for July 13, 2024, the minister instructed that employees must be informed of the content of the related circular, including the conditions and procedures for participation, as well as the date and location of the exams.
