Annaba Urban Transport Adds 10 New Higer Buses

Annaba's urban and semi-urban transport corporation has received ten new Higer buses. This initiative is a direct outcome of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's decision to renew the national transport fleet and was implemented under the direct supervision of the Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Transport, Mr. Saïd Sayoud.

The introduction of these new buses is a key part of the government's ongoing efforts to support residents and families impacted by recent wildfires. These measures aim to ensure the uninterrupted provision of public services, particularly in areas affected by the natural disaster.

The new fleet is expected to significantly enhance public transport services in Annaba, improving passenger travel, especially along the Annaba-Seraïdi route. This reinforcement is also a strategic response to the damages sustained by the Annaba cable car system during the recent fires, ensuring continued connectivity for the city's population.
