The Algerian Petroleum Institute, part of the Sonatrach Group, signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with Total Energies Exploration & Production Algeria.
According to a statement by Sonatrach, the memorandum, signed at the headquarters of the Algerian Petroleum Institute in Boumerdès, aims to support and develop human resources in various fields, as well as to enhance the technical and professional knowledge of employees at Total Energies Exploration & Production Algeria in partnership with Sonatrach.
The Director of the Algerian Petroleum Institute, Abdelkader Ghanoun, affirmed in his speech on the occasion the institute’s full readiness to implement this partnership, which aims to foster cooperation in activities related to training and valuing human resources across various segments of the oil and gas value chain.
In turn, the General Manager of Total Energies, Mofdi Zakaria Sheikh, stated that the signing of this memorandum with the Algerian Petroleum Institute reflects Total Energies Exploration & Production Algeria’s commitment to developing skills in the energy sector and facilitating the professional integration of young graduates through various support and training programs.
In this regard, both parties agreed to promptly commence organizing training sessions and support programs for young graduates through the Algerian Petroleum Institute.
