On Monday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune inaugurated the 55th edition of the Algiers International Fair at the Palais des Expositions in Safex, Algiers.
President Tebboune began his tour with the Turkish pavilion, where he listened to presentations from various Turkish companies participating in the fair.
The President also visited the Palestinian pavilion, where he received explanations about Palestinian industries, including Jala Pharmaceutical Company, established in 1944.
Additionally, President Tebboune was briefed on the military field hospital set up by the Ministry of National Defense in the exhibition area.
He also received explanations from the Automotive Development Institution, part of the Military Industries Directorate of the Ministry of National Defense.
During his visit to the Ministry of National Defense pavilion, the President stopped at the Mechanical Construction Company in Khenchela and learned about this year’s new Algerian-made sniper rifles.
Furthermore, President Tebboune visited the pavilion dedicated to startup companies.
