Fateh Boutebbaq, President of the Future Front, revealed today, Wednesday, that President Abdelmadjid Tebboune will run for a second presidential term.
During his supervision of a meeting of the committee formed by the coalition of majority parties for Algeria, Boutebbaq explained that the process of collecting signatures does not worry the coalition of majority parties, even if President Tebboune announces his candidacy on the last day.
The President of the Future Front Party emphasized that the majority parties have prepared all procedures at the local level and are ready to collect the signatures. Boutebbaq added, “Even if only one day is left to collect the signatures, we will collect them.”
It is worth noting that the committee formed by the coalition of majority parties consists of the Future Front, the National Liberation Front, and the National Democratic Rally.
This meeting is the seventh and final one before the national conference of majority parties for Algeria, scheduled for Saturday, July 13th.
