Djezzy, Scouts Launch Annual School Supply Campaign

Mobile operator Djezzy has officially commenced its annual school supply distribution campaign, titled 'Back to School', in collaboration with the Algerian Muslim Scouts. Under the slogan 'Share goodness and bring joy to a small child', this initiative marks the fifth consecutive year of partnership between Djezzy and the Scouts, aiming to support families in need across various regions of Algeria as the academic year begins.

The launch ceremony for this year's initiative was held in the coastal wilaya of Jijel, specifically in the municipalities of El-Tahir and Jijel. The event saw the attendance of several Algerian Muslim Scout leaders, Djezzy representatives, and invited guests. Through the distribution of complete school supply kits, the campaign seeks to ease the financial pressures associated with the start of the school year and to empower children by providing them with necessary educational materials.

This year's campaign has expanded its reach, directly involving Djezzy customers who were invited to contribute to the charitable effort via the Djezzy application. Customers had the option to either utilize bonus credit provided by Djezzy after recharging their balances or convert it into a direct donation for the 'Back to School' campaign. This national initiative is presented as a component of Djezzy's broader contributions to national solidarity efforts.
