The election campaign for the upcoming presidential elections, scheduled for September 7, officially commenced today, Thursday. The three candidates and their supporting political parties have begun presenting their electoral platforms and engaging with citizens by organizing public rallies and conducting grassroots activities.
Independent candidate Abdelmadjid Tebboune is running his campaign under the slogan “For a Victorious Algeria.”
Supporting parties for Tebboune have started their efforts by hosting public rallies, including the National Construction Movement in Tindouf, the National Liberation Front in Mostaganem and Ain Temouchent, the Future Front in Tamanrasset, and the Democratic National Rally in the capital.
