Rezig Discusses Cement Export Expansion with Producers

Professor Kamal Rezig, Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, recently convened a meeting with Algerian cement producers and exporters. The session focused on reviewing export performance from the first half of the current year and strategizing the expansion of Algerian cement's footprint in international markets.

This gathering forms part of ongoing efforts to monitor sectors with significant export potential and to assist economic operators in increasing the global reach of Algerian products. During the meeting, Minister Rezig emphasized the importance of strengthening Algerian cement's presence in African markets, highlighting their promising nature due to the sector's competitive advantages in product quality and production capabilities.

Furthermore, the Minister urged participants to diversify export destinations for Algerian cement and to penetrate new markets.
