“La Casbah” Café Fosters Algerian Diaspora Ties in Brussels

A new cultural, literary, and solidarity café named "La Casbah" has officially opened its doors in the Belgian capital, Brussels. This initiative, spearheaded by the Algerian Women's Association in Brussels, is designed to enhance the presence of Algerian culture overseas and establish a central space for members of the diaspora to gather for cultural and social activities.

The Algerian Consulate General in Brussels participated in the inauguration of this new establishment. The Consulate affirmed its support for initiatives aimed at disseminating Algerian culture and literature abroad, as well as reinforcing cultural, social, and solidarity bonds within the Algerian community.
