During a rally at the “Abdelkader Alloula” Cultural Center in Tlemcen, Mourad emphasized the importance of backing Tebboune to enable him to continue the path of development. He noted the broad consensus around Tebboune’s rich electoral program, which aims to further the reforms begun in his first term, such as developing border areas, easing customs procedures, and improving living conditions through expanded access to education, healthcare, and utilities like gas and electricity.

Mourad highlighted that Tebboune is seen as a sincere and forward-thinking leader who fulfilled 54 commitments during his first term and is now aiming for a second term to guide Algeria to safety.

In Mascara, during a meeting with citizens in the city center of Sig, Mourad emphasized that Tebboune’s program focuses on improving the living conditions of Algerians by continuing to develop the nation’s regions and improving the situation of various social groups, including women, farmers, and youth.

In Sidi Bel Abbès, Mourad reminded the audience of the significant achievements Tebboune made in his first term, particularly for youth, workers, and retirees. He stressed that Tebboune’s second term would be dedicated to completing the reforms that benefit all segments of society.
