
Algiers – In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of Algeria’s National Liberation Revolution, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune signed two presidential decrees today, Thursday, granting pardons to more than 4,000 prisoners.
The first decree covers individuals convicted of common law offenses, while the second focuses on cases involving breaches of public order. This significant gesture aligns with Algeria’s commitment to honor the values of the revolutionary legacy and to foster social harmony and unity within the nation.
