President Tebboune Orders International Tender for Film on Emir Abdelkader

Algiers – During a Council of Ministers meeting held on Sunday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune instructed the government to launch an international tender for the production and direction of a major film project about Emir Abdelkader, according to an official statement from the Council.
