
Hanoi, Vietnam – On Friday, Sofiane Chaieb, State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the Algerian expatriate community, was received by Vietnamese President Luong Cong during a farewell visit marking the end of his tenure as Algeria’s ambassador to Vietnam.
