Dear citizens,

As we bid farewell to the year 2024, a year marked by significant achievements and efforts, I extend my gratitude to the devoted sons and daughters of our cherished nation. Their unwavering dedication has allowed Algeria to take steady steps toward a promising developmental renaissance, positioning our country among the ranks of emerging nations.

This past year also witnessed the honor you bestowed upon me by renewing your trust. Together, we continue our journey with great optimism, grounded in tangible progress and realistic indicators that distinguish Algeria both in Africa and the Arab world.

On this occasion, I salute all Algerians for their determination and their high sense of patriotism, which have driven our economy forward and accelerated the pace of development. I urge everyone to continue their efforts to ensure that 2025, God willing, is a year of even greater achievements and successes. Algeria, with its victorious vision and vast potential across numerous fields, stands ready for a brighter future.

To all Algerians, both within the country and our diaspora abroad, I wish you a blessed and joyful year filled with health and happiness. May our beloved nation continue to flourish and prosper.

Furthermore, I extend my heartfelt wishes to our brothers and sisters in Palestine, praying for their safety and the end of aggression.

Happy New Year to you all,

Long live Algeria, free, proud, and resilient.

Eternal glory to our righteous martyrs.
May peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
