President Tebboune Extends New Year’s Greetings to Armed Forces, Security Personnel, and Medical Workers

Algeria – On the evening of Tuesday, December 31, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune extended his heartfelt greetings to members of the Armed Forces, the National Gendarmerie, police officers, security agents, civil protection personnel, customs officers, and the “White Army” of Algeria on the occasion of the New Year 2025.

In a message shared on his official social media accounts, President Tebboune expressed his appreciation for the nation’s defenders, saying:
“To all members of our Armed Forces, officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers stationed in all units and military regions across our beloved nation, I wish you a happy new year. A salute of respect to all vigilant eyes, especially those safeguarding our borders. Happy New Year to you all.”

The President also extended warm wishes to members of other security and regulatory forces, stating:
“My heartfelt greetings to all members of the National Gendarmerie, police officers, security agents, civil protection personnel, and customs officers on the arrival of the New Year 2025. May you always remain in good health and prosperity, God willing.”

In addition, President Tebboune addressed Algeria’s healthcare workers, commonly referred to as the “White Army,” saying:
“I wish a happy new year filled with health and safety to the White Army of Algeria, including all health sector workers and paramedical personnel. Happy New Year to all of you.”
