Gaza – Palestinian health authorities announced today that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 45,553, with 108,379 people reported injured.

The authorities confirmed that two massacres were committed by Israeli forces within the last 48 hours, resulting in the deaths of 12 Palestinians and injuries to 41 others. Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble and in open streets as Israeli forces obstruct rescue teams and civil defense crews from reaching them.

Unprecedented Humanitarian Catastrophe

A previous tally recorded 45,541 fatalities and 108,338 injuries, underscoring the severity of the violence inflicted on Gaza. The relentless bombardment has caused an unprecedented humanitarian disaster, with over 85% of Gaza’s population, equivalent to approximately 1.9 million people, forcibly displaced from their homes.

The scale of destruction, combined with the inaccessibility of rescue and relief efforts, has left countless families in despair. The ongoing aggression has devastated infrastructure, health facilities, and essential services across the Gaza Strip.
