
Algiers – The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, approved on Wednesday a movement within the corps of general secretaries of provinces, following a proposal from the Minister of the Interior, Local Government, and Urban Planning.
The movement included the promotion of 14 officials to the position of general secretary, the transfer of four general secretaries to other provinces, and the termination of duties for six general secretaries.
Promotions:
The following individuals were promoted to the position of general secretary in their respective provinces:
- Rachid Chareed in Adrar
- Nacer Zoukari in Biskra
- Mourad Rahmouni in Blida
- Fateh Halilou in Jijel
- Abdelhakim Fekraoui in Annaba
- Mohamed Ben Bakhma in Guelma
- Fathi Lileh in M’sila
- Akli Ouali in El Bayadh
- Mohamed Messaour in Bordj Bou Arreridj
- Abdelhamid Hebaze in Tissemsilt
- Zahra Boussebaa in Ain Témouchent
- Massoud Slimani in Béni Abbès
- Hicham Mahi in Touggourt
- Belkacem Boudia in Djant
Transfers:
Four general secretaries were transferred to new provinces:
- Abdelkader Saadi to Saïda
- Dhiab Boussamaât to El Tarf
- Qasi Omarane to Tindouf
- Abdelaziz Jouadi to Khenchela
Termination of Duties:
The movement also included the termination of duties for six general secretaries:
- Mohamed Qoura in Saïda (retirement)
- Hadj Khetal in M’sila
- Khira Telli in El Bayadh
- Tounsi Bouzène in El Tarf
- Rabah Ali in Khenchela
- Noureddine Saïdani in Béni Abbès (retirement)
