Algiers – Minister of Veterans and Martyrs’ Families, Aïssa Rabia, arrived in Managua on Friday to represent Algeria at the inauguration ceremonies for the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and the Chief of Police of the Republic of Nicaragua, according to a statement from the ministry.
Upon his arrival in the capital, Rabia was received by the Senior Advisor to the President of Nicaragua for Policy and International Relations, Mr. Ivan Lara Palacios, and Mr. Ali Menqalati, the Algerian Ambassador and Permanent Representative to Nicaragua.
Minister Rabia is participating in these ceremonies alongside General Inspector of the National Security Directorate and Chief of Police, Mr. Haïdj Said Arziki.
