Algeria’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion announced on Friday the extension of the deadline for submitting documents related to import operations under “management” and/or “equipment” schemes. The new deadline applies to operations carried out during 2024 and the first half of 2025, and is now set for August 15. The extension comes in response to strong demand from numerous economic operators. It concerns both natural and legal entities that previously conducted such import activities. Additionally, for the customer list (ETAT 104) and the technical sheet detailing theoretical and actual production capacities, only the stamp and signature of the concerned institution will be required—no further authentication is needed.
