This event, the second of its kind at the continental level, aims to strengthen and restore connections between African diaspora communities and those of African descent with their ancestral continent. It underscores the critical importance of their contributions to Africa’s development and their significant role in maintaining strong, enduring ties across generations. The event features discussion sessions addressing topics relevant to the interests of African diaspora communities, as well as reflections and the formulation of innovative, practical proposals to enhance their role and contributions to the continent’s development and prosperity.
