Algiers, November 2, 2025 – The Ministry of National Education has formalized partnerships with two major telecommunications operators, Mobilis and Djezzy, in agreements aimed at benefiting its employees. The signing ceremonies, held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Algiers, were overseen by the Minister of National Education, Mohamed Sghir Saadaoui, and the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Said Ali Zerrouki.
The agreement with Mobilis, formally known as ATM Mobilis, seeks to provide education sector employees with access to the company’s communication services and products. Minister Saadaoui stated that this initiative is designed to facilitate the daily tasks of educators and staff, improve their working conditions, and support their professional and social lives. The Ministry has announced that this agreement will take effect on Sunday, November 9. Employees interested in availing themselves of these offers can contact Mobilis representatives at the company’s commercial agencies nationwide, presenting their identification card and employment certificate.
This partnership will enable employees to benefit from Mobilis’s offerings in mobile telephony, electronic communications, and data transmission services, tailored to individual needs.
Furthermore, a separate partnership agreement was signed with Optimum Telecom Algeria – Djezzy, under the supervision of Minister Saadaoui and the Minister of Finance, Abdelkrim Bouzerd. This collaboration will allow employees to take advantage of Djezzy’s offers in mobile telephony, electronic communications, internet packages, and other subscriptions, with installment payment options available.
