Arab League Keen on Strong Cooperation with Algeria

Algiers, November 9, 2025 – The Arab League is committed to fostering close cooperation with Algeria, according to a recent statement. This commitment underscores the importance of the Algerian role within the Arab world and the League’s dedication to regional collaboration.

The Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, extended his sincere congratulations to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the Algerian Revolution, which falls on November 1st.

In his message, Aboul Gheit paid tribute to the “heroes of the liberation revolution, who resolved that Algeria should live, and achieved independence, which the country is completing today, under the leadership of the President of the Republic, through continuous work in development and construction.”
