Algiers, November 6, 2025 – The Ministry of Communication has a new Secretary-General. Elias Bouriche was officially installed in his new role during a ceremony held on Thursday, presided over by the Minister of Communication, Zohir Bouamama.
Bouriche succeeds Radhouane Dabiha, who has been assigned to other duties within the government.
According to a statement released by the Ministry, Minister Bouamama welcomed the new Secretary-General and urged him to continue efforts aimed at strengthening the performance of the Ministry’s administrative structures.
