Gaza City – The Palestinian Ministry of Health reports that the death toll in Gaza has risen to 69,176 since October 7, 2023, with 170,690 individuals wounded. The majority of casualties are women and children.

In the last 72 hours alone, 13 fatalities and 5 injuries have been reported across Gaza, according to health officials. Rescue and civil defense teams are struggling to reach numerous victims believed to be trapped under rubble and in areas rendered inaccessible due to the ongoing conflict.

Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 10th, 241 Palestinians have been killed and 619 injured. Recovery teams have retrieved the bodies of 528 deceased individuals.

The situation in Gaza remains dire, with allegations of widespread destruction, displacement, and deprivation. Concerns are growing over the humanitarian crisis, with international calls for a cessation of hostilities and increased aid access.
