Telecom Sector Announces Certificate-Based Recruitment Drive

Algiers – The General Directorate of National Telecommunications has announced the opening of a certificate-based recruitment competition for specialized training positions across Algeria. This initiative aims to bolster the sector with qualified personnel in various roles.

The recruitment drive encompasses three primary positions:

  • Specialized Technical Inspector: Fifteen positions are available. Applicants must possess a State Engineer’s degree, or its equivalent, in computer science. Desired specializations include Artificial Intelligence and its applications, web and mobile application development, information systems and media technologies, cybersecurity, web security and technologies, cryptography and security, and software engineering and information systems.
  • Specialized Technical Assistant: Forty-five positions are open. Candidates must hold a secondary education baccalaureate and have successfully completed two years of higher education or training. Preferred specializations are in computer science and telecommunications.
  • Operations Agent: Sixty-eight positions are available. Applicants should have completed the third year of secondary education, with a focus on mathematics or experimental sciences.

General Requirements: All applicants must be of Algerian nationality and capable of working both day and night shifts. Successful candidates will be assigned to a wilaya (province) within the region they registered in. Candidates are restricted to applying for only one position and within a single region.

Age requirements stipulate that candidates for the Specialized Technical Assistant position must be between 21 and 30 years old, while those applying for the Operations Agent position must be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of the competition.

Digital Application File: The digital application file must include a written request, a copy of a valid national identity card, a copy of the required qualification or academic certificate accompanied by a transcript, a baccalaureate transcript, and transcripts from the first year of university or training.
