Blida, Algeria – November 11, 2025 – A tragic traffic accident in Blida province has resulted in one fatality and three injuries, according to local authorities. The incident occurred earlier today, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
Civil Protection units were dispatched to the scene at approximately 7:15 AM following reports of an accident involving a small bus and a passenger vehicle. The collision took place at the Sidi El Medani roundabout, located within the municipality of Chiffa, which falls under the administrative jurisdiction of Mouzaia.
Preliminary reports indicate that the bus struck a pedestrian before colliding with a nearby car. The impact of the crash resulted in the immediate death of the pedestrian. Emergency responders transported the deceased to the local morgue for identification and further investigation.
