Algeria Telecom: Pay Your Bills or Face Service Interruption

Algiers, November 14, 2025 – Algeria Telecom has issued a warning to its customers with outstanding telephone bills, urging them to settle their accounts immediately to avoid service disruption. The national telecommunications company announced that failure to pay overdue bills will result in temporary service suspension, effective this Saturday.

In a statement released Friday, Algeria Telecom emphasized the importance of timely bill payments to ensure uninterrupted telephone services. The company highlighted the various convenient methods available for customers to settle their dues.

“We encourage our valued customers to take advantage of the multiple payment options available to them,” the statement read. “Settling your phone bills has never been easier.”

Algeria Telecom detailed several ways for customers to pay their bills quickly and efficiently. These include using the online e-payment service, which allows customers to pay without needing their phone bill number or visiting a physical agency. The company also promotes the use of its “My Idoom” application, a dedicated customer portal for managing accounts and making payments. Furthermore, customers can utilize the Algeria Telecom e-payment platform, the “BaridiMob” application, and the “Wimpay” application. Payments can also be made in person at any Algeria Telecom commercial agency.

Algeria Telecom aims to provide accessible and convenient payment solutions for all its customers, ensuring minimal disruption to their services. Customers are strongly advised to act promptly to avoid any inconvenience caused by service suspension.
