Air Algérie Announces New Domestic Flight Program

Algiers – Air Algérie, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and Transport, has unveiled a revamped domestic flight program designed to improve air connectivity across the nation. The initiative aims to bolster travel and stimulate economic activity, particularly in the southern regions of the country.

This new program introduces a series of scheduled routes intended to facilitate passenger movement and support both economic and tourism sectors within Algeria. The flight schedule is structured as follows:

  • Tamanrasset – Bordj Badji Mokhtar: Regular round-trip flights every Friday.
  • Constantine – Illizi: Flights operating every Saturday and Wednesday in both directions.
  • Tamanrasset – Djanet: Scheduled round-trip flights every Monday.
  • Algiers – Djanet: Flights departing every Wednesday in both directions.
  • Bechar – Oran: Weekly flights every Sunday.
  • Algiers – Bechar: Flights operating every Sunday and Wednesday.

This enhanced flight program reflects the government’s commitment to improving domestic air transport, with a particular focus on the southern provinces.
