This initiative is part of the government’s broader strategy to bring administration closer to citizens and enhance the effectiveness of public services at the local level.

According to a ministry statement, the operation involves the allocation of 112 financial positions. This includes 38 positions for employee ranks, 42 positions for contract agents, and 32 positions designated to accommodate transfers. This distribution demonstrates the sector’s commitment to providing the necessary human resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the directorates of social activity in Aflou, Barika, Ksar Chellala, Messaad, Ain Oussera, Bou Saada, and El Bayadh Sidi Cheikh.

Applications will be received through initial registration on the dedicated electronic platform. Subsequently, paper files must be submitted to the Directorates of Social Action and Solidarity in the relevant provinces, starting from the date of the announcement’s publication in national newspapers and on the official pages of the provincial directorates.

This recruitment effort is designed to bolster local structures with qualified personnel, thereby improving social services and bringing them closer to citizens across the High Plateaus region. The Ministry emphasizes its dedication to enhancing the quality of life for citizens in these regions through improved access to essential services.
