Djezzy Launches Advanced Digital Solution for Algerian Water Company

Algiers, Algeria – Djezzy has announced the launch of a cutting-edge digital solution designed to bolster the call center operations of the Algerian Water Company (ADE). This initiative marks a significant step in the ongoing partnership between the two entities, which officially commenced in May.

A new contract was signed today in Dar El Beida, Algiers, by Djezzy’s Director General, Boumediene Snoussi, and his counterpart at ADE, Mustapha Rerrik, along with other officials. This formal agreement paves the way for a new phase of digitalization within the water services sector nationwide.

The three-year contract will see Djezzy providing ADE with a modern and secure communications system for its multi-state call center. This includes:

  • Ongoing technical support for the ADE teams.
  • Technical assistance and after-sales services to ensure continuous performance.
  • Comprehensive data hosting on Djezzy’s private cloud, adhering to Algerian regulatory standards.

The primary objective of this collaboration is to enhance communication channels with citizens and address customer requests and complaints more rapidly and efficiently.

During the signing ceremony, both parties emphasized their shared commitment to modernizing public utility services and improving the quality of service provided to Algerian citizens. They also hinted at additional technological projects in the pipeline, all aimed at realizing a comprehensive digital transformation within the water sector.

Through this initiative, Djezzy and ADE aim to deliver innovative solutions that simplify users’ daily lives and ensure more streamlined and professional services at the call center level.This partnership underscores the importance of technological advancement in improving essential services for the Algerian population.
