Luanda, Angola – Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, is participating in the opening session of the 7th Summit on Cooperation and Partnership between the African Union and the European Union. The summit, taking place in Luanda on November 24th and 25th, 2025, sees Minister Attaf representing the President of the Republic.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the opening session will focus on issues of peace, security, and governance in Africa. Discussions will also center on exchanging perspectives regarding the optimal means and mechanisms to strengthen cooperation and partnership between Africa and Europe.
