Luanda, November 25, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, held discussions with his Portuguese counterpart, Paulo Rangel, this morning. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 7th Summit of the European Union-African Union Cooperation, currently being held in Luanda on November 24th and 25th.
According to a statement released by the Ministry, the talks centered on the importance of reinforcing the positive momentum currently characterizing bilateral relations between Algeria and Portugal. The ministers particularly focused on preparations for upcoming engagements between the two nations.
