Dakar, Senegal – The Algerian Minister of Communications, Zohir Bouamama, is participating in the African Broadcasting Forum in Dakar, Senegal, which commenced today. The forum’s theme is “Broadcasting as a Lever for Sovereignty, Economic and Social Integration in Africa.”
