Twelve Injured in Bus Collision Near Oran

Oran, Algeria – Twelve people sustained injuries following a collision between two passenger buses on Wednesday morning near Oran. The incident occurred at approximately 7:35 AM on Route 33 in the municipality of Messerghin, Boutlelis district.

According to local Civil Protection services, the injured individuals, comprising both men and women, range in age from 13 to 30 years old. All sustained minor injuries. Emergency responders provided initial medical assistance at the scene before transporting the injured to the polyclinic in Messerghin for further treatment.

In response to the accident, Civil Protection deployed three ambulances and a rescue truck to manage the situation effectively and ensure the safe transport of the injured.
