ETUSA Announces Special Program for November 1st Anniversary

Algiers, October 30, 2025 – ETUSA, the Public Establishment for Urban and Suburban Transport of Algiers, announced Thursday a special program for the evening of celebrations commemorating the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the Algerian Revolution. The initiative aims to facilitate citizens’ enjoyment of the program organized by the Wilaya of Algiers.

Under the slogan “A Message to Generations,” ETUSA detailed its plan to extend operating hours for night routes until 2:00 AM. This extended service will enable residents and visitors alike to participate in the commemorative events without transportation concerns.

Furthermore, ETUSA will schedule special trips to the “First of May” station from several key locations throughout the city and surrounding areas. These routes will originate from Ben Aknoun, Khemis El Khechna (via Hamadi), Reghaia (via Rouiba), Sidi Moussa (via Baraki), Sidi Abdallah, and Hai Rais (via El Harrach). Services will also be available from Meftah and Larbaa.

According to the statement released by ETUSA, departures are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. A fixed ticket price of 50 Algerian Dinars has been set for these special routes. This initiative underscores ETUSA’s commitment to serving the community and facilitating access to important cultural and historical events.

The extended hours and additional routes are expected to alleviate transportation challenges and encourage greater participation in the November 1st anniversary festivities. ETUSA encourages citizens to take advantage of this special program and join in commemorating this significant milestone in Algerian history.
