Algeria Post Announces 7,223 Candidates for Final Interviews

Algiers, October 31, 2025 – Algeria Post has announced the results of its nationwide digital recruitment examination, declaring the process a complete success. Out of nearly 130,000 applicants vying for 789 positions, 7,223 candidates have been selected to proceed to the final interview stage.

According to a statement released by the postal service, the shortlisted candidates represent the top 8 to 10 applicants per available position. These individuals will now face interview panels at the Wilaya (regional) level.

The selection process, Algeria Post emphasized, was based on two objective criteria: speed of response and the number of correct answers. The institution clarified that some applicants who provided correct answers may not have qualified due to a slower response time compared to their peers.

Regarding concerns about language and translation, Algeria Post explained that the exam questions were originally prepared in Arabic, English, and French. However, some candidates opted to use automatic translation features on their personal devices, leading to browser-generated translations of the questions. The postal service stated it bears no responsibility for the accuracy of these automated translations, as they are solely dependent on individual user settings.

Algeria Post views the successful completion of this recruitment drive as a significant step towards modernizing public sector hiring practices. The institution sees it as a concrete demonstration of its commitment to digital transformation, benefiting both citizens and promoting equal opportunity.

Algeria Post extended its best wishes to all candidates advancing to the interview stage and expressed its hope that those who were not successful this time will have future opportunities to apply under the same transparent conditions. The organization reiterated its dedication to providing fair and equitable access to employment opportunities for all Algerians.
