The official signing ceremony took place in Doha during the 2025 Mobile World Congress, with the participation of Ooredoo Algeria’s General Manager, Rony Tohme, and the Co-founder and General Manager of Mobile Arts, Jamil Ghayth, as well as the General Manager of Double T, Mohammad Al-Obeidi.
